Using our free wheel of life assessment is quick and straightforward. Areas that score lower than eight can be areas they may want to focus on improving or developing more. When completing the wheel of life assessment, individuals are asked to reflect on each area of their life and rate it from one to ten.įor example, if an individual feels a five in the ‘health’ section, they are probably minimally satisfied with that area of their life. The wheel typically consists of eight sections - family, health, social life, spiritual life, career, finance, leisure, and personal growth - which can be filled out with a score from one to ten.
